Explanation of Terms

I'm sorry to be confusing. It wasn't that long ago when I was new to the forum and perplexed by these terms as well. I shoulda known better!

"MH" is the Master Herbalist here, also known as the Barefoot Herbalist.

"BF&C" is Dr. John Christopher's Blood, Flesh & Cartilage formula. Google "BF&C + Dr. Christopher" and you'll learn a ton about it.
I am planning to make some for myself as I'm experiencing some very scary varicose vein issues. :o/
