oh, so if it was the goats milk then my diagnosis-try was not good at all obviously and I have no idea what it could be

it would be great if you could try black wallnut, if it is a Tapeworm then it should kill it I think

but first maybe it would be a really good idea to see the picture, perhaps someone would be able to diagnose it from the picture
