Re: UT and mercury toxicity

Eating 3 cloves of raw garlic a day DESTROYED my gut flora just in 2 weeks and I am still battling eczema/candida rash over entire body. That is how I got into UT. BE CAREFUL!

For your convenience:

I have a friend who had mercury removed from 20 teeth. We asked a few specialists (urotherapy) the question if they would advise her to go ahead with the therapy (drinking). We did not get an answer. She is afraid to recycle the mercury and make her situation worse. She already have fibromyalgia and related problems.

I tried to find some info on the subject. I already read a while ago that the main part of the mercury leaves the body mainly by the intestines leaving a little of it to leave by the kidneys and sweat. I know for myself I would trust nature (and the theories on urine therapy) that toxic matters would leave mostly by the intestines and small amounts only would leave by the kidney's route only just enough to wake up the immune system so that he can get rid of that mercury the fastest way possible. But this is my opinion only and I'm no specialist on the matter...

I found this: "Inorganic mercury is mainly execreted in feces and urine and to some extent sweat. Minimal studies show that the distribution of the execretion between the different routes is dose dependent, Rothstein & Hayes, 1960 and 1964; Ceber 1962; Kristensen & Hansen 1980 i.e. at decreasing doses the importance of fecal route increases, 85% was found in feces. Cherian et al. 1978 exposed human volunteers to radioactively labelled Hg vapor, 79% of the excreted amount was in feces.

Skare & Engqvist, 1992, found fecal excretion of mercury from Amalgam in the range 27-190 micrograms/day in persons having from 18-82 Amalgam surfaces (crowns counted as 6 surfaces). Urine levels were "normal" with only one value over 8 micrograms/day."

"Heavy Metal Testing Analysis Biospectron AB has more than 12 years (2000) of experience in research and performing fecal analysis (stool), used to confirm metal exposure (included mercury from amalgam). Fecal analysis is the surest method to measure metal exposure. About 80% of all mercury are found in feces. From what we know, we are world unique in measuring mercury in feces. Why is this interesting? Most of the Amalgam spokesmen support their arguments on reserach based upon analysis of blood and urine, where it is difficult to reveal high concentrations. But in feces we find substantial concentrations of for example mercury and silver from persons with amalgam fillings."

I will keep on searching and I will post it if I find something else.
