Awesome, congrats! I love it when things come together, too. ;)

Also, an interesting thing I discovered a few years ago was that enzyme activity is tied to temperature. My body temp was 2 degrees lower than normal for a long time. The Human body has the ability to get more hot than cold. I.E. you can run a fever of up to 102-104 before needing medical attention, but if you go below 96, you're in trouble.

Question: how are you doing the artichokes? Are you cooking/preparing them yourself, or buying pre-cooked?
