Confirm whether this is 7% Lugol's. Also need other info

This is the Lugol's I normally buy but not sure if it is legit 7%. Can someone take a look please?

I called the company and they said they are legit. I questioned him on the metric/imperial information they give, apparently the built in dropper that you get with the bottle (not rubber) is a metric dropper but seeing as I am taking 100mg and the drops come out sooooo slowly I would be waiting forever for them to come out.

So basically is it true that using a rubber ended dropper will cause problems as Iodine is a an oxidant and therefore breaks the rubber down releasing toxic compounds? From what I can see J.Crows Iodine has a built in rubber dropper.

If all this is a load of crud then I might just go and buy J. Crows 5% but it is more expensive than the one above and less potent (if the one above is legit).
