If your going to evaluate it using Andy Cutlers method you will want to get the essential elements hair test from direct labs

it will contain many of the toxic elements as well as the essential elements which the other wouldnt provide

according to him Mercury poisoning cannot be found by the direct level of mercury in the hair but rather symptoms of mineral transport derangement which would display in the Essential elements section

thats a great place to start, look at the list of individuals who have submitted their hair tests there(around 560 total, mine is #506) My hair test was done with doctors data, just google "doctors data essential elements hair test"

Submit it at the website linked above and then join the yahoo support group for help interpreting the hair test; and/or you could buy the book, I did, but it doesnt really matter if your too fatigued to go through it and just want others who have been through it all to look over it and tell you what you need

Iv been a bit lazy while at the same time biting off more than I can chew, saw a naturopath a few months back right after I received my hair test who advised me to do a whole bunch of things that ultimately did little for me. My copper is through the roof and lead is a bit high which would seem to be the problem, only time will tell
