Depression and suicidal thoughts have never been part of my life. I am known for being optimistic, sunny-natured, vibrant, humorous, upbeat - all that good stuff. But being sleep deprived due to maddening itch and looking like some sort of deformed creature has laid my spirits low. I have always been mistrustful of doctors, but I am so desperate that I am seeing a dermatologist tomorrow.
I have used coconut oil (organic & pure) on my skin for years. Thanks for the encouragement to keep using it as I was starting to wonder.
I have been drinking red clover tea for over a year for its estrogenic properties, so I can understand that if I have developed a reaction to it, it will take time to purge it from my body. It did me A LOT of good initially. As I said, it wasn't until this past Oct. 20 that I started having any problems. Even after the rash and itching started, I was still sure that fasting could clear it up since my diet is very good, full of organic veggies, no gluten or
Sugar or processed pseudo-foods.
Some brown rice sounds mighty good to me. Maybe I'll go put on a pot.
