I have the same symptoms you describe as well as the same strange looking things appearing in my stool. I also have pressure and irritation on my upper right side - presuming my liver.

I went to my doctor and told him I saw what appeared to be a worm in my stool. He gave me a prescription for, I'm blanking on the name at the moment, but something like proquantel and a three containers to take stool samples. I took the medication he described and all sorts of stuff came out. I took samples and am waiting to hear back for the results. I will respond on this post to let you know what I had.
