Just as a point of common sense is pretty difficult if not impossible to refer to Occupy Walls Street Movement as a single entity as at this point it is a global movement wearing many different faces and located thoughout the world. This is not to dimishish your statement but in my view the Fed is definitely a target of the movement as a whole. If you would like to see it addressed in a matter that would be stronger from your perspective then I would encourage you ,since this is an open movemnt of the people, for you to get invloved and bring up your ideas and sugestions to your closest available outlet or do something like make flyers and or signs and hand them out at one of the gatherings closest to you or just make your own sign and participate or even start your own movement in your area if none is close enough to participate.  I know at least in the city where I live the collective organizers for OWS have a website where they post the goings on and different mettings to dicuss subjects and strategies etc so you might wanna Google around to find the corresponding website for your locality and go over there and give'em hell ;+D
