Testing for uranium is not ever recommened. It is not the norm. You have to get it tested seperattly! And it't expensive! I would have never known to test for this but my hair analysis said I had high uranium levels!!! Funny, how they make radon as a necessary test, but they don't tell you to test for uranium! Well, I got my water tested and sure enough, 30 times over the level it should be! That hair test saved me, and opened up a whole new world. I've been drinking water I thought was beautiful too. But no. It actually had bacteria in it, with high levels of uranium. Private well water. We flushed the well, got it retested, and put the reverse osmosis system in. I'm hoping that drinking clean water now is helping me to get over candida. Tweet
