Re: James an update!!

My potassium levels have come down to 4.4 in just 2 weeks after I stopped high doses of chinese rehmannia. You are always right!!!!!!!!!!. Thank you very much for all the precious information you provide us.

Great news, thanks for sharing.

My store bought kefir seems to me more effective and it has the following ingredients:

Full Cream Milk reconstituted from Milk Powder (96%), Inulin (prebiotic fibre) Whey Protein, Kefir cultures, Probiotic L. Acidophilus, L. Casei,
B. Bifidus Cultures, Natural Flavors, Stabiliser (Pectin), Food Acid (Ascorbic).

James can please confirm whether the above ingredients are all safe and good?

I do not see anything harmful in the kefir.

As I trying to gain weight how much of chicken/lamb or fish can I have daily taking into consideration the AA present?

Arachidonic acid (AA) is an inflammatory omega 6 fatty acid.  You can balance this out with omega 3 fatty acids from fish oils to prevent problems.
