Well, depending on how you feel about conventional medicine, you could get vaccinated against HPV.

Judging by the VAERS data, the risk of death from vaccination is less than one in a million. I haven't
looked at the risk of other problems myself.

I have looked at pubmed quite a bit, and the evidence
seems solid that HPV is found in 90% or more of cervical
cancers; there is some early evidence that the current
widespread vaccination programs are starting to bring
down the rates of abnormal pap smears.
