skin-cough-yeast

Can yeast cause a feeling of something crawling on your skin and /or scalp? I have had this crawling feeling for years and it got much better after many rounds of antiparasite meds but just cant seem to get it to go away. A naturopath just told me I have a year issue-could that be my main casue?
I also have had a little cough for years- could that also be years?
