Mom with stroke-like symptoms and having issues with cayenne

Hello,

I really like Dr. Schulze 's results using his treatments and herbal formulas. My mom had severe migraines and a syncope. She passed out for a couple of minutes and when she "came to" she had stroke-like symptoms. Her left side was partially paralyzed, speech was severely affected, memory loss, etc. Her migraine continued for over a month till about last week. She still has episodes of head pain once in a while.

She believes that all this was caused by having a russian steam bath and the administer failed to keep her head cool. My mom believes that her brain started to "fry". Is this possible? Can that cause a stroke-like episode?

Now I want to use Dr. Schulze 's brain formula, nerve regenerating formula, and regular nerve formula. I want to use lots of cayenne pepper and hot/cold hydrotherapy on my mom. However my mom says that when she takes 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne powder or more it causes pain in the temples and the back of her head. She says the cayenne also makes her to start seeing "auras" which is a preliminary of a migraine. What should I do? Why is the cayenne causing a headache? Is it harming her brain?

What would you recommend I do to help my mom heal her brain and nerves so that the left side of her body can regain it's strength and her memory and general brain function regain it's abilities?
