Good question. DE is a pretty laid-back, mellow supplement, so you could probably get by with mixing it and receive most of the benefits. However, my instinct tells me that DE works best on an empty stomach without any interference for 30 minutes ....

Sea salt + H20 (SWF) must be taken alone in order for the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to function properly, because you need the liquid to have a specific gravity within a certain range.
