Oregano Oil and/or Grapefruit extract.

Which one should I take. I have IBS so I never really know what is my ailment. I was diagnosed with the Giardia parasite and took the MDs Flaygl for 10 days. Must get retested but if this has been with me for a few years, the meds probably didnt work and I dont want to take it again. It really took a toll on my GI tract. One day I have D the next day its C then gas, then mucus (sorry) What the hell? At 46 im feeling like i need diapers already. Help. Suggestions please. I cant be married to my bathroom bowl. Tweet
