Castor oil pack & simple enema good for the going

Recently out of desperation I tried a small 3'X 3' Castor oil pack on my liver area while vacating the water.
Well, the result blowed my mind. The moment that small pack touched my body, immediatly the going started with full force till like everything was out. Well! It felt that way.
I got my enema bag from Walmart for five bucks, just for emergencies only, like if in case the food I eat rebels inside?
All I used was just a quarts of warm filtered water in my pink enema bag. But with the help of that small Castor oil pack, the experienc was huge like that of a deep enema.
