Copper Toxicity, AF, and IBS
A while back i sent out a hair elements test which came back showing a very high level of copper
This has just been one clue in a long list of testing and symptom abnormalities that Im trying to connect
The only reason I started seeking answers was because of extreme chronic constipation that started around 2 years ago; 5 or 6 doctors passed it off as IBS and told me there was nothing they could do(aside from a few pharmaceuticals that exacerbated the problem). In the search for the cure I found a naturopath and got some capsules that included digestive enzymes and HCL(to increase stomach acid levels), miraculously they worked and daily large bowel movements resumed. I have to wonder which one, the stomach acid or the pancreas, is lacking in efficiency.
Beyond that I have a high bilirubin count and in the past my liver enzyme count was high but is now low
Probably related to the liver as well is the point that I cannot tolerate alcohol, if I try to drink I am wiped out for days
Tests came back showing high RT3 so Im on thyroid meds, symptoms mach up to the hypothyroidism diagnosis
Adrenal fatigue is also present including such symptoms as: severe brainfog, photosensitivity, anxiety, lack of libido, poor exercise tolerance, lack of motivation and attention
Markers for Chronic Epstein Barr virus have come back and I have to wonder if that has to do with a weak immune system
Im mildly sensitive to eggs, oats, and lobster; eating any of which will cause intestinal hyperpermiability
Im trying to put it together, chasing symptoms as I desperately reach out for the origin; there are just too many possibilities
Im leaning towards the copper being the problem right now, Iv seen a bunch of others on the Adrenal Fatigue forum posting about being copper toxic and I have to wonder if any of you are experiencing similar things
Has anyone actually corrected their copper levels and attained a state of good health, anyone here on curezone I mean?
What kind of zinc should I be supplementing?
