Latest blood test result - interesting improvements (?)

Good afternoon,

I visited the hospital earlier to receive the latest from last week's blood test, and was pleasantly surprised to see the following changes:

- Increased Cholesterol: 125 (low) --> 234 (high!)
- Increased Neutral Fat: 26 (low) --> 94
- Increased Vitamin B12: 186 (low) --> 1400 (high!)
- Increased Ferritin: 25 (low) --> 69 (better)

Here's a scan of the full test result, with English translations added:

In recent weeks/months I've been eating a fair amount of avocados, steamed fish, coconut oil, and eggs in an attempt to gain weight. I'm still very skinny, and underweight, and I don't have the energy to do a great deal of physical activity, however I'm much happier with these most recent blood tests.

I've been maintaining a strict, sugar-free diet for over two months, without any real sign of typical die-off, which suggests to me that candida may not be the cause of my fatigue. Within the last few days, however, I've made some further changes to my diet further: reducing the fat and protein, in favour of some carbs, in the form of brown rice and oats. I will still continue to eat lots of steamed green veggies (great liquidised into soups), and good fat from the coconut oil, and avocados, but perhaps less emphasis on the fish (and eggs?). Ideally, I would like to return to being a vegetarian.

Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts/comments about these blood test results, or whether I should continue to eat the large amounts of protein and fat that I've been consuming, I would be very interested to read them.

Thanks!
J
