hi noticed some people are still reading so wanted to comment on my stomach bloated in case anyone else in counters this.
after doing a month of juice fasting the transition into the raw food diet was a little tough so i bought a raw food book and went to a few restaurants ...started keeping a food journal and found that when ever i eat to many nuts especially cashew and sometimes almonds that's when my stomach bloated. I think trying to figure out these recipes became a little time consuming and i didn't realize that i was also drinking a lot less fluids and juices and that didn't help ether i've balanced it out a little better still addicted to my nut butters but i'm back to juicing more and have been fine since, hope it stays that way :)
also when ever i'm confused about what to eat now i make a big glass of juice instead sometimes it's better to have less to think about!
