I would not recommend it. Besides it should be biopsied. When you go to a dermatologist to have it removed, they should always send it off to be biopsied for melanoma, even if it looks perfectly normal. My dad had a tiny white dot, about the size of a pin on the end of his nose. He ended up losing half his nose to this little white dot, which ended up being Basal Cell Carcinoma. You don't want to mess with this stuff on your own.
