If you are using .999 or higher percentage silver, it is pretty-much impossible the silver is causing the rash. If you are using Sterling to make your cs, there can be some materials in the Sterling that could cause an allergic reaction. I would insist on not using any silver for my electrodes unless it is 999 or higher.
