Mirena-Is it possible to have an adverse event on the same day of insert?

Mirena - Has anyone else had the Mirena inserted in the morning and taken out about 5 hours later? Would it be possible to have an adverse reaction so quickly?
About 2 hours after insertion felt like my mouth was getting very dary and I couldn't swallow. Drank water and that seemed to help. The swallowing effort became more exagerated and took a real conscious effort to swallow.My tongue felt extremely heavy and dry and like it was swelling. I was advised there was nothing visble..
Next garbled speech came, next flailing arms and legs were twitching with rapid motor responses without my control, spastic flailing of limbs I guess. Then waves of tingling started at feet working they way up my leg and my arms had same tingling reaction.
Next I was asked to bend my legs but the left one felt like I couldn't bend it,but I did try. Almost like it felt directed to be a straight position and I couldn't move it. I was able to feel my toes and responded to a tap on the knee reflex. Also I indicated my left eye fely heavy.
Uncertain why I was having a reaction so quickly so I requested Mirena be taken out the same day it was inserted. Is such a sudden reaction possible? Has this happened to anyone else?
