So after soaking at room temp to make them. can I refrigerate the kefir before drinking? warm sour milk does not sound appealing. might have to throw some cinnamon an stevia to get it down if that ok?

1 TSPN or 1 TBSPN? per 1 cup?

can I do like 5T for 5 cups? etc...
