Efficacy of Kidney Stone Removal Methods

I'm currently growing a 14mm kidney stone in my right kidney. It isn't causing me pain at the moment as it is sitting in the "bottom", away from the ureters. I've nicknamed it "Kid Rock". ;^) 

The Internet has a vast number of alternative ways to treat these things and I would like to find out how many people have found relief in following one of those methods. To do this, I have created a survey that I hope I can get a number of people to fill out. It's totally anonymous. 

Once I get a number of responses (hopefully above 100), I'll send the people that have emailed me a copy of the results and will return here with those results as well.
