I guess my real question is - is there any point of taking probiotics if i'm taking massive doses of those antifungals? I space them out atleast 2-3 hours, but does it really matter? The antifungals do the damage in the intestines anyway, where the probiotics are. I'm looking to start custom probiotics next week which is like 200 billion cfu's per scoop. I'm looking to take about 4 scoops a day. Don't want it to get whiped out before it gets a chance to really colonize.
