Organic Coconut Flour Bread Recipe
(acceptable on the Candida diet)
9 organic eggs
1/2 cup olive oil (or olive oil & ghee mixed half and half)
3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1 cup and 3 oz cup coconut flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, kneading with hands until firm, then place into an oiled glass loaf pan. Press down on the loaf making it firm in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 47- 48 minutes and test with a toothpick.
Suggestion: Cut a few slices of the bread and brush with olive oil then sprinkle with mixed herbs such as oregano, Sea Salt , basil, garlic and/or paprika.
