I just sent your message to Marc and will let you know his response once I get it.  SOPC is a product line and there are no other supplements out there which contain SOPC other than the ones in the product line itself.  I am not sure about availability in your area, but several hundred pharmacy outlets sell it in SA.  Plus, you can always order it online from the SOPC website (sutherlandiaopc.com)
