"clay mixture" & "formula...with some extras"

extras — like olive leaf and oregano oil? would you give us the recipe — and is it available thru 'country baskets'?

what do you mix with the clay? i just started using pascalite — as a replacement for french green clay i've used years — and i'm a bit impressed with it. but i still can't bring myself to try clay instead of my tea tree triple treat shampoo.

i think you've got a good intuition about growing hair out. sampson the nazarite and all that. many "uncivilized" — third- and fourth-world (indigenous nations) people — recognize the wisdom of not cutting the hair. like with the nazarite vow samsom took, sikhs vow uncut hair — and beard.
