Yikes. Skin looks bad...hope it`s copper detox
My skin looks like someone 90 years old the last few days.
Sure hope this is the detox. It looked better this summer than it has in years.
But now it looks worse that ever.
A lot of undigested food as well. Seems like my liver and digestion are really struggling right now.
I`m sure hoping this is the detox.
So far all I`m doing is 100 mg of zinc, 3x100 mg taurine and 500 mg NAC. And I`ve stopped eating high copper foods.
