Mercury filling showing through enamel

Hi,

I have four mercury fillings from childhood. Two of these fillings are showing through the enamel of the two teeth so both teeth are grey/black in appearance. I don't know whether this is due to the enamel thinning or the mercury is leaking. Whilst it is not causing em any pain it is really affecting my confidence. I am not sure what to do and am worried as it seems to have got progressively worse over the past year. I am breastfeeding so am very confused about what the best thing to do is as I don't want any mercury leaking into the breastmilk. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Many Thanks Tweet
