This is one of the reasons I hate multilevel marketing. Way too much hype and very little facts usually behind the products.
One thing that needs to be pointed out though is that the author was mentioning the iron content combined with plant sources of iron such as oatmeal, soy and beans. What was not mentioned is that these "seeds" contain phytates that bind free iron reducing availability to the body. In fact, plants tend to contain various various compounds that can block iron absorption such as tannins and oxalates that bind iron as well. This is why plant irons are not as well absorbed as animal (heme) sources of iron.
