The best way to avoid coming back is to hold no grudges going to the light... "Judge not lest you be judged" comes to mind... But we are our own judges. There are better playgrounds to play on than 3D Earth. We just have to play well with others in 3D or we will not want to go to other realms where souls all play well with one another.
