b3 megadoses does nothing, at least for me. vegetarian diet helped. liver herbs helped. check out the forum "The Truth in Medicine" and see why Liver Flushes are not effective or at least not what they claim to be. look into sarcosine supplement. its an amino acid that acts on the nmda receptors thus controlling dopamine.

so forget the b3, try sarcosine, forget the liver flushes, try milk thistle, try other adaptogenic herbs as well. treat the whole body vs just the symptoms and you may make progress
