I did 400mg Iodoral/day for one week last week and I thought that was pushing the elemental....hmmmmm

Can I ask what inspired you to take that much elemental?
Any intense detox?

did you make your own?

were you just taking elemental or KI also?

sorry so many questions, but my experience last week taking so much Iodoral was really good....so it got me wondering again about my own ceiling
I think it was keeping some parasite/yeastie at bay and I could feel better....
it seemed to be better taking it all at once than separately also.
