I am sort of following a mixture a different protocols. I take only 1 dose of Epsom Salts , then 1/2 cup of oil with 3/4 cup of juice... do a salt water flush the next morning and an enema later in the day.

I will see if I can handle more oil and juice for my next flush... Thanks for the suggestion/
