Re: Amalgam fillings
My side effects while chelating over these past four months have ranged from body aches, to ADD, to feeling almost 'high'. In general, though, I feel good when on chelation rounds, and sometimes lousy when off chelation rounds. From what I understand this is caused by the metal redistributing throughout my body in between rounds. When you feel pretty much the same on and off rounds, that is a good indication that you are near to the end.
One thing that was really interesting (well I find it interesting at least, lol) was that when I first started to chelate, the back and sides of my neck became very stiff and achey, like a mild case of whiplash. This continued for every chelation round for a month or two, and then it gradually disappeared. Now when I'm on a round my neck feels completely normal. To me the only thing that could mean is that much of the mercury (or possibly lead from my water) was embedded in my neck after having been absorbed through my mouth. It also reminded me of a time a few years back where I received a professional neck massage and got super, super groggy and incoherent afterwards, like as though I was drugged. I barely made it home and even overslept the next day and was late for work. At the time I thought maybe the massage had released toxins from my lymph nodes, which made me sleepy, but looking back now I am inclined to think that the massage may have loosened up mercury that was lodged in my neck, which then flowed into my brain. What can I say, this whole experience has been crazier than fiction.
