So what came of this experiment with the kefir in the nose? I've thought about this, but also realized there are different bacteria supposed to be in the sinuses, and you may not even be able to get the kefir bacteria to take hold in the sinuses.

Also, anyone ever tried something like candex in the sinuses? Dit it help at all?
