I have had problems with leg cramps at night since I was about 12 or 13. Perhaps this stimulator machine makes your blood flow through your body better while you sleep - that would seem to make sense. The one remedy I've found for leg cramps in bed is made using apple cider vinegar with some ginger and garlic mixed in. From what I've heard, garlic and apple cider vinegar are great for high cholesterol and things like that, so I've always imagined the remedy helping my blood to flow better, and it has always worked really well. The stuff is called "Stops Leg Cramps" if you are at all interested.
