My coconut oil flush - got stones

Having some candida issues too I got inspired by FlushingTexas’ coconut oil flush where she had great success in killing off candida.

Had to wait for two weeks to pass and then went ahead and bought some coconut oil. My last meal was steamed vegetables with liberally added olive oil and spices as I have found that improves my results. Eating fat on flush day apparently empties the gallbladder and the liver is forced to put out more effort later. My gallbladder is clean long ago so I now concentrate on liver.

Took one dose of Epsoms two hours before bedtime and then about 100 ml of coconut oil melted on hot water pan (it was sold frozen solid), mixed with equal amounts of fresh lemon juice before going to bed. Nasty to swallow, much worse than olive oil. Felt vaguely queasy. Managed to keep it down but did not sleep for a long time which is unusual for me. About 8 a.m. woke up and drank my usual post-flush SWF, then went back to bed and slept some more.

The stones started coming out at noon. There were about 50-100 total this flush, mostly really dark green. The biggest one was a 1 cm x 2 cm round tube that must have blocked some duct until now, holding the rest behind it. There were only a few pea green stones, some chaff too. Oddly enough, no signs of candida, though I usually get dead candida during my regular flushes with olive or sunflower oil. I have no idea why I got so different results compared to FlushingTexas.

This was my 17th flush since February and I think I am mostly clean, there remain only those last stubborn pockets of resistance that are the hardest to get out, but I am no longer lacking in patience. I will get there. The progress might be slow 'cause I still can't handle more than 100 ml of oil (about 3 ounces) at a time without throwing up.

My skin feels really smooth after this flush. My forehead stopped breaking out after 14th flush that produced huge amounts of sludge and mucus but skin tone didn’t improve with it. I can only hope there is similar healing going on inside where it counts the most.

I know I am long overdue a kidney cleanse and some bowel cleansing as well, so that is next in agenda.
