I did a Liver Flush a week ago and recently have altered my diet in order to stop the pressure in my gallbladder. I can't really eat fats, meats or sugars without some discomfort in my gallbladder.
The problem is I have now lost a good amount of weight due to my diet change. Is there anyway i can slow down this weight loss without eating anything that will upset my gallbladder? I would love to lose weight but would like to slow it down a bit and be a more healthy weight loss.
