My family is scared. They want me to shift to juice soon.

I might go along with the wishes of my family, who are seriously scared about my physical state right now. They wish for me to switch to juice. My mother has been near tears, for God's sake, and...I don't know what to do.

On a past water fast, Dr. Goldhamer of True North told me to go back to juice since I was unsupervised.

Oh , how I wish I could postpone my vacation! It is scheduled for the 7th of November and while I wish to go, I wish also that I could fast for at least 21 days, which wouldn't be wise since I would be ending the fast a day before my trip. Refeeding would be a disaster, no?

So...I shall not postpone my vacation since my flights are booked.

So...

Should I appease my family by switching to juice?

I need a game plan.
