Some questions
1. Why are the only probiotics allowed lactobacillis and not bifidus? The gut is made up of hundreds of flora...so wouldn't it make sense to supply it with as many beneficial strains as possible?
2. Is homemade coconut water kefir allowed?
3. I know grains are not allowed, but can I use nutribiotic brown rice protein powder for extra cals and nutrition (I'm very underweight)?
4. How does this compare to GAPS?
5. I have casein issues...would I be able to tolerate the yogurt if I use goat milk?
6. Can I make the yogurt in a dehydrator unit?
7. I have severe bacterial infections (gut) and candida. I was told to avoid all sugars b/c they feed the pathogens. I also have fructose intolerance and have avoided fruits/juices/honey for years. Won't this diet make things worse for me, considering my
food intolerances and infections?
8. ANy other tips/advice would be awesome... thanks!
