Too much lobelia might cause nausea, though I have not experienced it myself when using 1 ml of lobelia with 5 parts CS.  Perhaps a bit of ginger might help .  So might mullein.  From Luella May's article:

"Mullein relieves digestive disorders, such as diarrhea and stomach pains. Its anti-spasmodic properties relieve stomach cramps."

I have had great success myself with using CS to relieve, stomach cramps and oncoming stomach bugs with CS.

I am not saying that CS won't kill good bacteria, btw - just that I have not experienced any apparent intestinal flora imbalance problems nor has Luella and others we know who have taken it in goodly amounts.  Remember that the blue man Paul Karason, who improperly made CS with tap water and added salt, drank over a quart a day for well over a year and, other than being qualified to be a member of the Smurffs, got a clean bill of health from Mt. Sinai hospital.
