The top ten best foods for people with candida, listed approximately in order of my opinion:
1. Lightly cooked vegetables

3. Long grain brown rice
4. Apple cider vinegar
5. Lemon (small amount mixed with water)
6. Digestive spices, such as tumeric, cumin, cardamom, coriander, anise, and others
7. Raw organic vegetable juice

9. Yogurt/kefir (if tolerated)

Personally, I'm a vegetarian, but if you are a meat-eater, the best meats are chicken and fish.
