Thank you for your informative post.

May I ask your opinion of Japanese fermented soy bean foods such as tofu, natto, and miso?

I recently purchased some Japanese tsukemono for their probiotic 'live' content (I'm not so keen on the flavour/taste). Do you believe these and other foods like kimuchi and sauerkraut can also be beneficial?
