Iodine - It works!

So I've been taking Lugols Iodine supplement for just over a year. I've seen amazing results.

For the last 10 years I've suffered with PMS symptoms, and fibrocystic breasts, lethargy, mild weight gain etc. Sometimes my breasts would be sore, and sensitive all month, no relief!

So I started taking the Iodine supplement just a couple of drops a week, and built up to about 10 drops per week now. Which seems like a small amount when you read other people's testimonials. However I've seen great results!

After about 2 months I noticed sporadic relief in my breasts, not as lumpy and sore. My PMS symptoms started to diminish.

After about 6 months I noticed I was lump free and pain free, my boobies were freed from their ailment!

And PMS - wow all symptoms greatly reduced, mood swings, bloating, headache, tender breasts etc. Next to NIL!
