i made the same mistake of not drinking anything on my 1st flush. on top of that i did a 2 day apple juice flush w/o drinking any water. i was dying. you should have seen me the day after the flush, i was so weak.

drink plenty of water. you'll need it since the ES mix dehydrates you ala butt pee.
