my sinuses are always clearer immediatel after a flush but for some reason i'd sneeze often at the same time. the sneezes stop after a few days for me.

im 32, have eaten healthy all my life but still have a good amount of stones to flush out. i just finished my 8th flush last week and expelled a few pea sized stones.

i flush every other week.
