Re: Cilantro essential oil

Well what I want to do if enough people think it is safe is

5 days of ALA each 4 hours, and also concurrently dose with it, a drop of cilantro EO, and a gram of chlorella.

My aunt chelated, and she said that taking just cilantro plant without chlorella to help flush it out is a bad idea. She never said "redistribution" but she insinuated that cilantro does it by itself.

Mean while I rotate the other 13 essential oils I take, taking only a handful each day to keep the burden on the liver balanced.

It is the liver I am watching closely. I have notoriously bad indigestion, and I am sure I am putting NOW brand's enzyme pill production line in business. So something is definitely impairing my bile production.

Milk thistle is something I am gonna have to take for that aside from the Liver Flushes being urged upon me.

I will also take 300 mg 20% bacopa each night. Now I do not know if bacopa is a chelator or not, but in the wild it accumalates heavy metals because it is a wetland plant.

My knowledge of soil Science (this is what I study for college) is that these types of plants exist in soil already high in natural minerals, so they will probably all exhibit certain chelation tendencies. I really need the bacopa for other reasons than chelation altogether however.

I also intend to take vanadium, trace essential minerals, and chromium daily.

The white streak has officially grew past the point to where I was able to clip my nail. It stayed still on the finger nail for about 6 or 7 weeks. I REALLY hope that this is a first good sign, because otherwise I still feel like I have intense CFS/AF/thyroid issues.

What I am not positive is on how safe it is to drink distilled water while doing this ALA detox over a 5 day period.

What really worries me is how my urine smells. It is a fruity pebble/ammonia/garbage smell my family complains of, and I have not checked the pH but it is probably about like battery acid. I get an aching dull throb over each kidney when I am tired especially. This has been for over 10 weeks, about when the symptoms really revved up even worse than they have been the last 10 years- that was about the last 10 days of July recently I suppose.

I had blood tests done for kidney and other things on August 24th and everything looked really good. So I am really wondering.
